Axis has been exhibiting since January 7 at #CES2020 on its booth CP-4 (Convention Center) in the space dedicated to the French Fab. It is thanks to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region that we can attend this event.
On this show we could see some of our prototypes made for customers who came to present their innovations. As seen in our last news, the open source robot Reachy from Pollen Robotics made of powder sintering made a sensation on the show.
Axis has also prototyped the famous Bob from the start-up Daan Tech in powder sintering. This small dishwasher is compact and ultra fast and uses very little water since it is filled like a coffee maker with a tank. Axis has been lucky enough to help this project develop for several months now, and so they trusted us to make the 3D printed prototype on display at CES 2020 in Las Vegas.
Axis also helped design the Rubix Pod. This box made via the process of vacuum casting allows to analyze the working environment of these users. Indeed, thanks to different sensors, this tool evaluates the humidity level, the air quality but also the noise level or other.
The CES 2020 has allowed Axis to have several interviews, notably with Mrs. Agnès Pannier-Runacher, Secretary of State to the Minister of Economy and Finance.
The Secretary of State took a close interest in our company and was therefore able to observe the various prototypes we were presenting at CES 2020. Thus, she was able to discuss with Mr. and Mrs. Christoux our skills in 3D printing.
Finally, our partner the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region put us in the spotlight via their JT Ces si bon which publishes one video per day for the entire duration of CES 2020. Thus, we were able to explain our motivations and also the importance that #TeamNaqui had in this American adventure.
Axis is proud to have been present for the first time at the prestigious CES Las Vegas show for the 2020 edition. We hope that the meetings made at the show will lead to new partnerships, especially with the American market.
