Impresión 3D por estereolitografía:
La estereolitografía es una tecnología para la impresión en 3D a partir de resina (presencia de soporte de fabricación) con un buen acabado superficial donde su color bruto puede cambiar de blanco a transparente. La estereolitografía para la impresión en 3D tiene buenas propiedades dimensionales (sin riesgo de deformación) y buena resistencia a la tracción y térmica según el material elegido. Con esta tecnología de impresión 3D, es posible hacer formas complejas. Los posibles acabados son: crudo, imprimado, pintado, metalizado, ensamblado, granulado y podemos instalar insertos.
Impresión 3D por sinterización selectivo por laser :
La sinterización selectivo por laser es una tecnología para la impresión 3D que está hecha de polvo blanco que crea un estado de superficie porosa. Los modelos 3D producidos a partir de este proceso de impresión 3D tienen buena resistencia mecánica, térmica y de tracción con una precisión dimensional bastante buena. Podemos hacer piezas complejas con mecanismos, bisagras, inclusiones, clip, … Los posibles acabados son: rugoso, imprimado, pintado, metalizado, ensamblado, granulado.
Impression 3d par Multi Jet Fusion HP :
Multijet Fusion Hp es una tecnología de impresión en 3D a partir de polvo que crea una superficie gris porosa debido a los agentes negros y el polvo de PA blanco. Los modelos producidos a partir de este proceso deimpresión en 3Dtienen buena resistencia mecánica y térmica a la tracción con precisión dimensional extrema y fina. Es posible realizar formas complejas con mecanismos, bisagras, inclusiones, clip, … sin riesgo de deformación. Los acabados posibles son: rugoso, de color negro, imprimado, pintado, metalizado, ensamblado, granulado.
Impresión en 3D por coladas al vacio :
La fundición al vacío es una tecnología de impresión 3D que se produce a partir de una parte de la estereolitografía utilizada como modelo maestro en un molde de silicona en el que se introduce material de PU al vacío. Las propiedades de los prototipos 3D producidos con este tipo de impresión 3Ddependen del material elegido, pero son bastante similares a los de la inyección. El color se tiñe en la masa según su elección y por qué no en bimaterial. Los posibles acabados son: la instalación de insertos, montaje, pintura, …
Impresión 3D por deposicion fundida :
La impresión 3Dpor deposición de alambre se realiza a partir de un alambre de plástico fundido por capas que producen una apariencia irregular pero con un gran panel de color. La impresión 3D por deposición de alambre tiene buena resistencia mecánica, térmica y de tracción con una precisión dimensional bastante buena.
Impression en 3d por Rim :
Esta tecnología de impresión en 3Dpermite fabricar prototipos en 3D de plástico de buen material (cerca de la inyección) con un buen acabado superficial en los colores deseados (tintado en masa). Tendrán una buena resistencia térmica, ideal incluso para pruebas mecánicas.
