A bed of powder is uniformly heated at the start of the process, then agents are sprayed on. First, a fusing agent (binder) is deposited on the surface according to the definition of your parts, followed by a detailing (contouring) agent to improve resolution, by increasing or decreasing the fusing action. The heat moving over this powder bed allows the agents to spread evenly and solidify the material.

The precision of Multi Jet Fusion HP prototypes is unrivalled, as the manufacturing layers are 80 microns thick, unlike other additive manufacturing processes which are closer to 0.10 to 0.15 mm layers.

The parts then come out of the Multi Jet Fusion HP printer in gray, and we offer you the option of coloring them black, assembling them together if required, painting them, priming them, …

Multi Jet Fusion discovers Limoges Proud of our city of Limoges and thanks to our new acquisition of Multi Jet Fusion HP we were able to print Limoges’ Benedictine railway station, one of the city’s most famous buildings.
