A powder sintering prototype in real material<\/h2>\n

Axis<\/strong> is pleased to be able to offer you a new material in
\n Powder sintering<\/strong>
\n<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you want to produce parts in Polypropylene (PP) now, you can! One of our machines can print your prototypes and models with this material.<\/p>\n

As with all other parts made with Powder Sintering<\/strong>, you can make meshes, mechanical \/ aesthetic parts or perform material tests.<\/p>\n

The Powder Sintering <\/strong>material is resistant to most acids and bases, has a slight translucent appearance and works perfectly for hinges and clips. Its milky appearance gives it a very special charm and identity.<\/p>\n

Sintering close to reality<\/h2>\n

This material offers excellent plasticity, superior elongation, low moisture absorption and enhanced durability. Prototypes sintered with this material can withstand temperatures of up to 70\u00b0C. Polypropylene is specially developed for the Powder Sintering<\/strong> process as an alternative to polyamide.<\/p>\n

It allows post-treatment such as thermoforming.<\/p>\n
