An innovative technology for rapid prototyping that consists of a Polyamide powder (PA 12) by additive manufacturing: the ” Multi Jet Fusion “!

Multi Jet Fusion is a technology similar to Powder Sintering. The main differences are that there is no laser to polymerize the powder and that the successive layers are 0.08 mm thinner than the Powder Sintering you already know.
This new machine makes it possible to produce more precise printed parts, more quickly with optimal mechanical and thermal properties. One of the many advantages of this printer is that no shrinkage is required on your prototypes. Your dimensional expectations will therefore be respected.

Our HP Multi Jet Fusion printer is composed of 2 distinct but complementary elements:

The first one is the “printer” that makes your prototypes where a first arm will deposit a layer of white PA powder, a second arm deposits the black ink with contour agents (details) allowing the fusion to be more or less strong thus granting a better precision, smooth surfaces and sharp edges.

The second is the cooling and powder coating station.
