Axis increases its FDM production capacity with e-motion Tech and Rösler
Axis recently invested in the Rolls of the FDM 3D printers with the Strateo from French manufacturer e-motion Tech and the Demi 400 post-processing machine from German company Rösler.

With the demand for FDM printing being strong, it was necessary to invest in a new machine that would allow Axis to increase its production while maintaining a high level of quality and availability. The Stratéo from our neighboring company in Toulouse, e-motion tech, met our demanding specifications.
The Stratéo allows first of all to print large objects with a printing volume of 600x420x500mm in double extrusion, ideal for soluble supports. Easy to use thanks to a clear in-house interface, it allows great flexibility in terms of printing materials by supporting ABS, TPU, PA, PC, ASA but also PEKK, increasingly used for functional prototyping projects.
But, apart from the good mood and the availability of the e-motion tech team, it’s mainly the quality of the machine that convinced us. The machine appears to be robust and of industrial quality, which will allow us to have continuous production to meet the many demands of our customers. To be seen with use, we will keep you informed…
Perfect prints with the Rösler DEMI 400
To complete the Stratéo and to manage the finishing of our FDM and SLA printing, we have also acquired a DEMI 400 from the AM Solutions range of the German manufacturer Rösler. With its unique and patented SVC (Submersed Vortex Cavitation) system, the DEMI 400 allows for automatic media removal and print cleaning on many of Axis’ technologies. Our team will spend less time on these tasks knowing that the result will be impeccable for our customers.

With all these new machines, the Axis team is ready to handle your orders for prototyping or mini series, so don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
