Manufacturing process
This technology makes it possible to produce PU parts by low pressure
injection in epoxy molds like series tools from a stereolithography
model.
The objective
This technique is used for large and/or thick parts.
The tools have a lifespan of 50 to 300 parts.
This technology is particularly adapted to the car industry but also to hooding of machines and special equipment.
