Your part will be reproduced in the metal alloy of your choice, iron alloys
or non-iron alloys from one wax model.
Thermojet
The wax part is made by stacking successive layers of 0.04 mm
obtaining very fine details.
We can realize single unit parts or small series very quickly.
Advantage
- Reactivity : about 2 to 3 weeks to get rough parts
Silicon Mold
In a silicon mold, made from a stereolithography model, wax is
vacuum casted with the same quality as the model.
Advantage
- Aspect
- 4 to 5 weeks' time to produce a series of 20 rough parts.
ALUMINIUM FOUNDRY SAND
Manufacturing process
Your parts are reproduced in aluminium from an epoxy resin model
according to the traditional foundry sands process.
Advantage
- Complex foundry models and rough foundry parts are realized quickly (2 to 5 working days and 2 to 3 weeks respectively, according to
size).
- The pre-production can go to 1 000 parts.
