Manufacturing process
From a model made with our stereolithography technique, a silicon mold is made. Polyurethane resin is poured into the mold in a
special machine.
Lifespan of these tools can be 10 to 30 parts according to finish and complexity.
Several types of materials can be imitated like crystal PC, ABS, PP,etc.
Polyamides (charged or not), elastomeres from 35 to 95 ShA. Some PU’s are used for high temparatures or in aviation.
The objective
To create a small series representative of the final parts from 5 days to 2 weeks.

- The transparent parts can have 2 or 3 colours and are not re-varnished
- The subsets are always carried out to your criteria of functionality, play,air/water tightness ...
- We can mold hose connections and complex profiles of elastomere joints
- We can mold 2 different materials
- Addition of inserts, CEM painting
