VACUUM CASTING

 

MANUFACTURING PROCESS

A silicon mould is created out of a SLA master.

The tool is then filled with Polyurethane resin, with the aid of a specific vacuum casting machine.

Life of the tool can stretch from 6 to 30 parts , depending on your part geometry, but also on the resin used.

DELIVERY

4 to 6 working days for the tools, then 2 to 3 parts a day.

- Two MCP 001 machines : 400 x 400 x 400

- One MCP 004 machine : 900 x 750 x 600
