Stereolithography: New rendering

Stereolithography: more transparency!

Given the success of the Clearvue resin thanks to its transparency in stereolithography, we decided to invest in a resin similar to this one with different characteristics, that is to say more efficient. We chose the Accura Phoenix stereolithography resin.

The Accura Phoenix is a bluish transparent resin of stereolithography type PolyCarbonate (PC). It is an ideal resin for producing parts where the visibility of a mechanism is necessary. Imagined a mechanism with wheels or a motor with propellers or otherwise a circuit letting a colored fluid for example with this material over to let the content of your project, it could be a more aesthetic to your object. For this kind of idea, this stereolithography material is ideal. With the Phoenix, you can have fun with games of color, depth or over-thickness, and even finishing with all the possibilities we can offer you. Do not hesitate to contact us to develop your project, we will advise you and direct you to the best technology to meet your needs, and the best material with the best finish. We are ready to receive your request for costing, especially for stereolithography.

Stereolithography: technical transparency

This stereolithography resin has a good heat resistance 137 ° C, and is actually better than the Clearvue resin technically. To support our remarks here is a table with some technical data.

To give you a benchmark on its capabilities, the Prototherm is the stereolithography material in our possession the closest mechanically to it

Our machine capacity for this resin is 500mm x 500mm x 589mm because we have installed this material on an SLA 5000.

If you have technical, mechanical or other questions on this matter, do not hesitate to come back to us by sending us an email via our contact page on our website.
