Stereolithography :

Technology from resin (presence of manufacturing support) with a good surface condition where its raw color can pass from white to transparent. This technology has good dimensional property (without risk of deformation) and good tensile resistance and the thermal depending on material chosen. It is possible to make complex shapes. The possible finishes are: raw, primed, painted, metallized, assembled, grained and we can put inserts.

Selective Laser Sintering :

This technology is made from white powder which gives rise to a porous surface state. The models made from this process have good mechanical, thermal, tensile strength with fairly good dimensional accuracy. We can realize complex parts with mechanisms, hinges, inclusions, clip, … The possible finishes are: raw, primed, painted, metallized, assembled and grained.

Multi Jet Fusion HP :

Technology from powder which gives rise to a grey porous surface. The models made from this process have good mechanical, thermal, tensile strength with extreme and fine dimensional accuracy. It is possible to realize complex shapes with mechanisms, hinges, inclusions, clip, … without risk of deformation. the possible finishes are: raw, black coloring, primed, painted, metallized, assembled and grained.

Vacuum casting :

This technology is made from a Stereolithography part used as a master model in a silicone mold where PU material is introduced under vacuum. The properties of the prototypes produced depend on the chosen material but are quite close to those of the injection. The color is tinted in mass according to your choice and why not in bi-material. Possible finishes are the installation of inserts, assembly, painting, …

Fused deposition modeling :

The models are made from a plastic wire melted by strata which gives an irregular appearance but with a wide color panel. They have good mechanical, thermal and tensile strength with fairly good dimensional accuracy.

RIM :

This technology makes it possible to produce plastic prototypes in good material (close to injection) with a good surface finish in the desired colors (tinted mass). They will have good thermal resistance ideal even for mechanical tests.
